Maxolon is able to change absorption and effects of other drugs that are absorbed in the small intestine. Maxolon is contraindicated to administer in patients who are treated with MAO inhibitors: isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), tranylcypromine (Parnate), selegiline (Eldepryl), and procarbazine (Matulane). Co-administration of anticholinergic drugs can decrease the effectiveness of Maxolon. Other medications may also interact wit Maxolon: bronchodilators, atropine, cyclosporine, digoxin, acetaminophen.



Missed dose

If you missed a dose take it the soonest. If it is almost time of your next dose just skip it and return to your regular dosage schedule.



Overdose

Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, confusion, tremors or uncontrolled muscle movements in face or neck, or seizure. If you think that took too much of Maxolon and experience symptoms listed above contact your doctor immediately, you may need a medical help.
